Ford Sierra Sapphire and a second hand Jonsered 2163.

When i went back in the woods after college it was an old Toyota landcruiser, an old wooden bodied 7x4 trailer with moggy minor wheels. The same old 2163, a husky 372 and a jonsered 2141.

I went on my own with a 10k loan, with that I bought a used LDV, firewood processor, ms200t, ms460, Stihl blower, and topped up my climbing gear(already had a few bits and bobs). Since then i've packed in firewood and just contract climb.....ditched the ldv in favour of a Navara...ample room for the climbing gear I need to carry and a tad more reliable :001_smile:

Less likely to go deaf in the navara as well

Started off subbying with an Austin Ambassador :thumbup1: and a load of borrowed kit. Now worked up to a 110, several trailers, saws, trimmer, blower..... the list goes on and on (worrying part is the shopping list never gets any smaller).

cool thread, nissan cabstar for me, had it for a few months untill it refused to go into 1st gear so sold it to India and got my Landy 110 which I still have, started with an ifor caged trailer on the back then got my tracked chipper most of my work involves leaving chip on site which is handy.

As for climbing kit well it about time I got a new harness my willans is 7 years old and still going strong!

This was my first..............

Is that a Scirocco or a Quatro next to the Subaru? I had a Scirocco - fast as fecking feck!

My dad owned many Subaru's. Used to have a great time killing them in the fields after the MOT's had failed.
