savage wind, sleet and rain up here the last few days,  truly miserable.  i picked a good week to be ill with flu. hopefully be better weather next week as i got alot on.

I'm just near allendale, went up to weardale ski club today. Was ace they have 800m or so of lifts and many routes down....was genuinely good day snowboarding and half an hour from home! And only 20quid!
