Could easily be. The gauge on the Isle of Skye regularly records more than 500mm in a month. It's been amazingly wet lately, and even in Cullompton it's been more than 300mm

If it's any consolation to you West Country boys it's lashing it down and blowing a gale here in East Anglia.

Cant beat that sound tho yolky, when its bouncing off ya tin roof, whistling round your walls and your sat inside all snug! I proper miss my van.

I was up to Birmingham and back today and it was torrential all the way back.

I could think of better ways of rocking the van.
