monkeybusines, you are clearly unaware of the diversity of the mog, not have enough power to run a large chipper?, what planet are you from, mogs have anything from 100bhp to some with over 300bhp, hire in a 50kbox tractor, why? it is still only allowed to travel at 20mph on the road, the mog can travel at 50mph, big difference. till you have operated with a mog, and can grasp all the possibilities that it can fufill, either do your research, or dont say anything

I have no mog problems now as I have a guy who works with me, who can fix anything.

He put a new engine in my mog, it took him a month but by the end up, everything was replaced that needed to be, nuts n bolts greased up and replaced and all is well.

My problems before we're never getting parts or making money, it was getting the right guy for the job to do my maintenance, and the reason it broke down in the first place was my lack of mechanical knowledge:blushing:

My little mog n chipper will do what the new one does, but it's slower from a to b, and can't hold as much. I don't go anymore than 10 miles from base with mine, but if I went back to contracting as much as i used to then the new 1 would be great.

My big mog set up cost me best part of £65k 8 years ago.

If you only do city work, more than 25 miles from base, get a 7.5 tonnes and tow behind.

Rural them mog all the way, any 1 will take a load of chip if you can put it in a field for them, so turn around on jobs is very fast:thumbup1:

OK, sorry for expressing my opinion. I have obviously upset you and your concise posting has made me realise what a fool I have been to think like I do.
