On a fresh pair of arms I can go to over 13 sometimes 15 depends how controlled I am.

Doing a lot of training just now so it's difficult to find a time when my arms are not fatigued.

15 is very good mate.

I've been slacking recently, we are benching on Tuesdays a bit now rather than Mondays, which pushes the press up challenge back to Friday, doesn't feel the same after end-of-week beers!

I thought about this thread the other day and my golfers elbow started playing up, or was that my tennis elbow?:001_huh:

can not do press ups now due to being paralysed chest down but when in 20s i would do 70 controlled perfet pressups in one minute, did that in RAF gym tests. When in early 40s i would do 200 in ten sets of 20 with 30 second rests between sets
