I've got a full service kit for my ms250 ( fuel,oil,air filters,pipes, magneto,carb and electrical cables)

The boot came off the ignition lead so I've had the saw in bits for a complete clean and service.

Finally found time to strip down the 084 to fix a no oiling problem.

Is this the part that you were talking about Steve?

Repaired my ms 200 t with JB weld , didn't work. So i'm shopping for a Crankcase.

The main thing is to thoroughly degrease the broken walls so the epoxy bonds well. JB is good stuff!

That's a well used 200.

Will a new chain catcher still fit over the top of that repair?

It fits to me , i'm a bit worn out as well. I'm hoping that a chain catcher will fit. If not it won't be used by anyone , except myself.

Jb weld? I've fixed leaks on fuel tanks on chippers with it.

I fixed a crack in my tank with araldite.

Seems to be holding pretty well.

I've fixed a broken fuel tank seam before with araldite and glass fibre strips, held for years, never mended a hole but it could work, worth a try!
