we have been running 2 361's in the woods for the past 2 years and they are the best! stihls rock

 

ms361 was good, but the ms362 that replaced is is diabolical. husky has my vote after buying a 346xp, and using a 576xp

Yep; like many I was Stihl thru and thru ........ until old 242s got me smiling a couple of years ago.

 

 

they are great aren't they :biggrin: I don't think any saw out there can touch them for flickability for snedding.

Stihl have defiant gone down hill recently, I was putting my saws away the other night and noticed that the exhaust on my 1999 66 is still shiny and clean, but the exhaust on my year old 46 is as rusty as hell!!!!!!!!!!!

New stihls do seem more brittle,and had quite a few carb issues on them.Old stihls tho I love and can't say a bad word about.

What annoys me is that Stihl could be fantastic but just can't be bothered anymore.

 

They remind me of Tyson just before James Douglas knocked him on his arse.

 

Once untouchable, but became fat and lazy just taking the cash.
