This is the only tree I've ever climbed for a job.
No ppe,ropes or harness.
At the extreme limits of my vertical ability.[emoji848]
At times I was up to 4' off the ground!!!
Mrs Miggins was very impressed.

Oh your brave, but when you climbed that big tree PPE and ropes n harness would not of been invented would they ! and i am really supprised that the photo is in colour,,,,,,,,,,,,

It’s fascinating to see the variety of trees you all work on and this looks the most difficult by far !!!! Is the price of the job much more for dangerous or difficult trees ?

Dépends on how much work there is in the books.

But as a rule, yes.

 

That tree wasn’t really difficult, just a ballache, road closure, power cut off, cutting and lowering tiny pieces.
