Yep Bills 52, and climbs everyday. Awsome! Leaves a lot of the young ones standing. Offered to climb today but his harness was already out. Must be me :laugh1::lol:

 

Aye, i work with Danny and Bill from time to time and can vouch that Bill at 52, is one of the better climbers i work with/for :thumbup1:

What a depressing thread!

 

I was planning on retiring from climbing in 5 years(when I hit 40) with the excuse that I'm too old and its a young mans game.

 

You lot have ruined that for me now.:crying:

I'm 19. Just getting in to more regular climbing. I've got a lot of respect for the guys hitting 50 and still being regular climbers. I have some joint problems so sometimes I really ache. But I'll get used to it.
