What a week you have had!!

 

Thanks everyone to loose a friend like this is hard, but to see her suffer for our own sake would of been cruel, I can live with myself knowing she is now at peace.

 

It's been tough Stephen, but us arbs ate tuff as you know mate it takes a lot to break us. This week has been no exception testing me, I'm good though filled with happiness and but still thoughts of sadness.

 

There is always someone worst of than yourself and thoughts are with them!
