big horrible ash mate:thumbup1:, liking the cross on it, its a common mistake, in tree marking a cross means leave it alone and a tick means fell. But it seems to have been swapped over the years. Maybe because our fells are the bad trees and not good trees to be felled in a forest:confused1::001_smile:

I think there is an optimum stage in the lifecycle of a fence to hit it. Too new and it will splinter, too old and it will disintegrate.

 

This one was just right, the panel bent in the middle and popped out with very minor damage. Forgot to get an after pic, but you really couldnt tell. Honest.

i cant wait for the first person to try this stunt fell malarky properly and strop themselves to the top whilst the groundie finishes the back cut. Im guessing the feeling would be similar to Deano's mewp incident.

 

No...you'd need to include a couple of phone lines and a privet hedge to re-enact the feeling of the mewp incident
