Using my face on their Website & I didn't give permission.

It isn't really a law, as technically I'm guessing he's trying to say if it's taken in a public place which is legal Vs private property.

But you can't really revoke permission for a worksite after the fact.

It would be akin to charging someone for criminal damage to a tree you paid them to remove.

It isn't really a law? It's one or the other.

I didn't suggest that route but clipperclown did.

Photography from a public place is generally considered totally legal, usual common sense rules apply tho.

Photography on private property requires permission, which the guy paying him had. Ok the permission wasn't explicitly given for photos, but if your on my property I've given permission so any illegality would be very hard to argue.

Its under R.I.P.A I believe. It's the law so a complete minefield. So legally you can do some things that's most consider strange and socially awkward!

For example record video footage in a public space etc of the public etc.

Is your face visible in the photos or are there ways to easily identify it as you?

Face not visible due to the Gimp Mask , The polka dot manikin is the give away . 🙂
