I've had my own issues with depression too, and talking plus meds helped me, but everyone is different.

Its a terrible condition that most people don't comprehend but with help from family, friends and professionals I'm sure you can get through it.

Alcohol was something that I avoided like the plague, bad family history in that department, and I'm sure that didn't do me any harm, I just had to work hard at getting my shit back together. Best advice I got was to not bottle stuff up and share my terrible feelings and get them out in the open where they couldn't damage me anymore.

Eggs I’m not good with solutions but I’ve seen it from many sides, all the best finding your solution. It takes time but suffin will flick the switch to turn the light back on hopefully someone/thing will flick your switch somewhen soon 👍
