Prices in Germany

Just seen this on the local FB page for an area of Germany we spend some time in.

 

€150 = pennies over £130, for 5 cube of seasoned hardwood (oak, ash, beech), cut into what look like short billets.

 

Wish I could buy at that price over here!!

Not sure I could cut and deliver for that even if the wood was supplied and delivered for free.

I'm getting a 50 eu for ton of not cut oak, beech, ash, maple, still not worth a hassle, so i believe this ad is a scam, 90%.

If logs are that cheap think about how cheap the wood they were cut from was. How on earth are you going to able to make a living?
