Depends how much you want to spend.  At one end of the spectrum there are lorry sides as said.  A cheap alternative that won't take much physical abuse is scaffold sheeting

You could do far worse than these guys. I'll be getting some custom made Tarps for covering my vented log bags. A Tree Surgeon buddy of mine has a size he has specified, think its 15-20m long and wide enough to cover a double row of bags. Well prices as well.

 

They have been manufacturing Off-shore Kit bags for decades and have customers the world over for them. Montrose is the base for a few training centers in the Oil Field and there is always international employees attending, when they do they they make a bee-line down for the bags.
