That's quite bad isn't it. What a bunch of monkeys. Having said that, I can't really think of any other easy way of getting the fence back on the line.

They moved fence line nearer to tree when replacing posts last year.

They should have cut the panel out to fit around the tree - did it many times back when I was fencing
