You mean those that will come out with a small hatchet and moisture meter to test the load before you drop it?

And that is why I changed years ago to only selling unseasoned logs, and my minimum quantity for delivery has been 2 cu metres for ages, as I am not interested in hitching up a trailer, loading it and delivering, then parking it up again just for one cubic metre. Even less enthusiastic about 1 cube of seasoned only to be greeted by Mr Hatchet with Mrs Mositure Meter ?

Just on that point....  Genuine question - do you think it will really make that much difference?  I think the firewood police will be just behind the Brexit unicorns, the woodland pixies and the Irish Leprechauns.... Not entirely sure anyone but the bigger players will take any notice.  May be wrong.
Agreed, who is gonna be bothered?

It only happened once, I arrived at the house and was asked to stack it in the garage, which I did (I sold it as half a cord 64 loose cubic feet in those days). Hubby came out and queried the volume and offered me half price. I put it back in the pick up and left with him complaining about the bits of bark on the garage floor. After that I never unloaded before agreement.

Agreed - you are not up to speed.

I have had 2 and nothing compares.

No processor likes bent twisty timber, but you get used to it.

The clamp is not as good as a Tajfun, but I will modify it at some stage.

Compared to a chainsaw processor where the chains dull in no time at all, the TCT blade is 100% amazing.

Far quicker on small dia. than anything I know.

You will be able to take your pick of processors when the new regulations kick in and the 'Firewood Police' get to work, as the market will be absolutely flooded with splitters and processors.

Who are the Firewood Police???????
