We only found out a few weeks ago that butter/marg is the best to rid resin & sap from skin. Can't have been any good using nail varnish remover, white spirit etc for years but never knew.

When i was little an painted airfix models . My old nan showed me ti rub margarine in my skin to get paint off. Is this old knowledge just vanishing???? K

 

( using any solvent on yr skin will lead to dermatitis)
