Lazy git who’s thinking of every reason why I should not mill some of that twisted out side tree crap that’s been passed off as saw logs in my pile , un yet I don’t want to cut it up for fire wood!

Omg yes! Yew. Without a doubt, it's depleted uranium! Don't over do it or you'll melt your stove!

 

Leylandii is pretty decent too, but not in the same league.

I burn lots of Pine and Spruce here in Norway.  I do tend to squirrel away some nice hits in jobs when we do any fruit trees, large Elm, Ash or Oak.  Got a nice collection seasoning for this coming winter...  mix it in with spruce or Pine and everything is toasty.

What’s nasty about the saw dust I don’t like the splinters from larch 

I find with a circular saw on the processor the dust feels like you have done a days loft insulation naked.. especially with Douglas.
