Brunch this morning and a decent roast this evening

Thaw one thing I havent tried! Seen it on supermarkets but it’s the sort of thing that if I tried it for the first time I’d want it to be authentic

I can highly recommend! Cant beat it from a local shop in the heart of scotland obviously... but “halls” haggis from asda is pretty good (enough for two portions any day of week ?)

I like “grants” too which i get from my butchers that i use every couple of months

Flapjacks yesterday with the kids.
Turned out a bit soft and the recipe I used had too much sugar for my taste, but they are disappearing quick!

My mum used to make excellent flapjacks. Ginger syrup is the secret weapon.
