I've got jobs booked in and I'm going to work tomorrow. I'm self employed, don't need to mix with anyone apart from my subbie.

Sorry, but that is not acceptable. I don't mean to sound arsey etc, but the point is you are mixing two people from different households and that it what needs to be avoided. Although I am now a full time tree surgeon, i was once a full time GP, sop hopefully I can contribute sensibly here.

Yes. Delivery drivers essential. Checkout workers essential. NHS workers essential.

Trimming trees bushes hedges or grass.... Come on

In the coming weeks, a lot of husbands and boyfriends may lament the lack of bush trimming, but be very careful about how you raise the issue, or full lockdown may ensue.

Why the hell did you give up a gp salary for a pittance?

You’re ok, you’ve still got your gold plated pension...

I was thinking the same damn thing. :D

Dont think the pensions work like that though, you need to be in it to win it etc. (I think)It only counts for the years your contributing.

This is an unnecessary escalation. Unnecessary because if a significant proportion of the population weren't moronic, we wouldn't be in this situation.

I swear a third of the population woke up yesterday, looked out the window, thought "ooh, it's a lovely day, I'll go to the beach/national trust property/scenic place, it's Mothers Day". And now here we are.

You have a very good point I cannot argue with. I chose to shut us down this afternoon, before the PM's address, as there are four of us in the team, each from different households.
