i exceeded my bandwidth....not a problem as i have 2500gb on my server, i just had to assign more to the arbtalk site itself...just typical it would happen when i was out!!!

 

sods law i think they call it?? or bad web management? i cant remember:001_smile:

Phew I was about to phone my shrink then to ask what to do next.

I always have problem accessing the site when I make a trip back to see my family in Leicester.

 

Quite often I cant get on for the entire long weekend trip.

 

What makes it odder is I connect via a 3G dongle here & use the same one when visiting so its not the ISP thats causing it.

theres a problem with the home page that i cant suss out, thats why. if you go direct to http://www.arbtalk.co.uk/forum skipping the homepage you'll be fine. im upgrading the site early jan and ditching the homepage for something new so the prob will be fixed
