Norgies are great, with a good wicking thermal underneath

+1 here Cheap as chips and hard wearing. Keeping warm is all about layers, doesn't have to be expensive.

Hip flask with homemade sloe gin, nice fire at lunch for soup and hot sarnies.

 

Tried some siberian vodka when out in russia once, that warms you up!

our company issue kit is crap, sweatshirts and polos..... i wear a helly hansen longsleeve top under my polo and then strip the sweatshirt off and leave it in the truck when i'm climbing.... helly kit is pretty good and it develops its own micro biological system after a couple of weeks, so never needs washing.....
