Seen adverts for it.

I tried a bulking up powder about 6 years ago and just made me bloated.

Huels advertised an an all in one meal replacement, nutritionally dense etc.

Personally id say if you have time then prepare your own meals, might be ok to use now and again if your busy and need a quick liquid meal.

Best nutrition is what you make yourself as you know exactly whats in it.

I just dont trust these companys that produce this type of stuff...

( French fr 'Hurl ' I think .... )

I'm not certain but 'hurle' is to scream with rage. When a child doesn't get what it wants. The English use is likely to have it's roots in the French.

Sounds like a local dialectic version of the modern "howl" - from middle english "houle"....

I have been using it for a few years now and so do a few friends. Its pretty good if you want some thing to keep you going through the day that you know had every thing you need. Some one said its expensive, thats all relative. Its about £2 per "meal" so cheaper than getting crap at a garrage for lunch and better for you.

Apparently huel is from human fuel but I don't think anyone reads it that way. Personally I wouldn't go near it and I'll be sticking to proper food, I don't like the idea of starting to get our food from overprocessed drinks and tablets although I appreciate the convenience.

Also I think I saw it offers 100% of rda of vitamins so surely you can't eat anything else if that matters to you?
