Its only those that can't or don't get SRT that frown upon it. Theres CE approved systems so no excuse for training centers not to get on it!

 

Depends on your current climbing system to whats going to help you progress

Another vote here for an art rope guide, regardless of what ddrt system/device you use, a rope guide will make it better 

What he said^^. Got one a couple of months back, it’s brilliant, seriously think I’d be giving up climbing if I didn’t have that and my zigzag.

The piece of climbing equipment that most significantly helped me climb and increased my productivity has to be rope.

The transition from nylon three ply to modern climbing rope and then the more recent transition to semi-statics has helped immensely.  Hardware has also assisted with the journey but modern rope has made the greatest contribution.
