Chainsaw trousers v the wife

I use the Stihl trousers & thought they were light & soft & comfortable.

Are the pfanner ones lighter, softer & more comfortable? Also are they harder wearing to outlast the Hiflex ones?

At the end of the day they're there to protect me from accidents but we all work out what we can & can't afford...

Sorry for the thread hijack.

I'm genuinely baffled by the level of patriarchal sexist bull spouted here.

"she needs to get **** told" told what? to be quiet or you'll boot her?

"man up" wtf does "man up"even mean, establishing oneself as a dominant power?

Whenever my purchases were questioned by my wife I'd explain why I chose what. The same would go for her purchases. Something to do with being equal partners in our marriage and equal in life generally....

I'm genuinely baffled that you still haven't answered my question. Where did I condone kicking women?

Thanks

The Pfanners probably aren't lighter than Stihl Tissueflex, but they're better in every other way.

I doubt anyone in history has ever gone back to Hiflex after wearing Pfanners.

When you say better in every other way can you tell me a bit more please?

I'm genuinely interested to hear people's views who actually wear them rather than people who want you to buy them.

English "just going out to smoke a fag" vs American "just going out to smoke a fag"....

Both have quite different meanings.

I think the rantings that commenced in this thread are from a similar basis. Worth remembering that Arbtalk covers many regions and regional variations.

cheers, steve

Fit, comfort, features, longevity and they make your arse look more sexy.

They even come with a free shitty stick (RRP £49.99) for beating women off.

Woah, Woah Woah. That's unacceptable Bolam. It must be stated that with your stick you are also able to beat men off.
