Step's and ladders. Indispensable, but bloody dangerous. I had a problem with them years ago, that involved an ambulance, stomach ulcers and a stay in hospital. But that's a different story. Hope you mend up soon.

Sorry to hear this bud . At least you have a reason . I went to bed ok one night and the next day I woke up with a broken ankle !

Luck thou a bloke I do some work for fractured two vertabers in his back from the same height .

Could have been much worst felt like it was in slow motion was more worried about hitting the concrete. The steps were really good quality alloy ones unfortunately still heavy when they fall on you. Will be using scaffolding a lot more from now on. I think the weight of the steps counter balanced and helped lower slowly legs went between the rungs and possibly dislocated my knee because when I got up it was sticking out the side when I put some weight on it it popped back in 👍🏻 Then I cut a piece of wood to make a crutch and get to the mobile phone.
