Morning all, Dry here. Off the the NEC looking at camper vans/motorhomes. Got to yesterday’s job pruning sycamore next to school building. Lack of communication in school office had resulted scaffolding under part of the tree and roofers working on it. Managed to get the job done, but had to sit around waiting.

Morning, still in the minus here with a covering of snow. Can’t steam clean my machines, they are caked in road salt from coming back on the trailer yesterday. I bought a diesel heater in a tool box off Amazon, £80. 5 litre fuel tank. 12v, 24v or 240 v. It’s great so I’ll set that up beside the hose and steam cleaner later and hopefully get everything washed. Heading for physio at 9.30am then I need to collect the mog from the fabricators. No 1 around today to get a lift so might dust off the e-bike , get wrapped up and go the 10 mile pedal. Have. Good 1.

Yes exactly! In the west we send a design to a factory and they say 'that's gonna cost £100 to make'. In China they say 'how much do you want to pay and we'll make it to suit the cost'. Back to front but its how it is. I think western companies get greedy, and think of a ridiculously low figure to increase profit, then wonder why no one is happy with the quality!

Pal, I'm not whining about anything..I don't have that problem anymore.. I'm not a recovering alcoholic, I have recovered from it. You kept bringing it up as you have nothing else to bring to the table,, which makes you the whining bitch in this equation. Bare in mind there are other people out there who might not have been as lucky as I am.

I don’t drink because I am capable of making a reasoned choice and have the capacity to just say no, tbh I just got sick of feeling seedy and jaded the next day nothing more or less Mark. Stop crying about your past issues with alcohol/ alcoholism ( as you describe it) then you winning bugger. Look to the future, keep telling yourself you can take it or leave it, a recovering alcoholic whom drinks is not recovering is he 🤷‍♂️he’s just one drink away from a blow out, or your just a piss head who drinks too much when things aren’t going great 🤷‍♂️, I know plenty like that.
