  1. Past hour
  2. 4 pages in a few hours. I did not read the other pages ! Combi cans are shit, just makes it harder to pour, also the auto spouts are shit ( if you have one fail open, you have a mess) Standard tall petrol can, only fill to 3L and 60ml oil. Any higher and its a pain to pour. Also keeps it fresher. Get two cans if you need more fuel! Oil I like to keep in a reused detergent bottle - HDPE and wont leak, sensible size. Wide mouth for pouring back in. Very easy to pour without spillage. Put the oil bottle in with your maintence bag. Old chainsaw lanyard or accessory/prussik cord on the fuel can for easy carrying.
  3. I think I've done it with my Hyundai but I can't remember how well it worked. I can't remember anything.
  4. I read yesterday that Ukraine have done a " Pearl Harbor " on a Russian air base . 41 strategic bombers destroyed . They ( Ukraine ) used 104 FPV drones all individually controlled . The whole thing to 18 months to set up and was completely successful . Also a couple of trains were blown up . The Kremlin is decidedly silent .
  5. Imagine being told by your boss that you have to stand in that crowd and clap while he makes his speech.
  6. Looking for an experienced tree surgeon to assist our team for the months of June/July on an ad-hoc basis. Must have relevant certifications/experience. Work will be in Surrey/Berkshire areas
  7. I'll give it a go maybe!
  8. Damn it, I was going to then suggest hand tools only. But maybe we're heading down a road where he'll have to chew through the timber like a beaver, health and safety and all that!.
  9. Just coming into strawberry season here as well.
  10. Currently picking a daily glut of red fruits, cultivated and wild strawberries, and a massive crop of cherries after a disappointing season last year.
  11. Which way round do I put the battery ....and how much oil does it have ?
  12. Maybe we should just suggest going battery powered 🙄
  13. All day long !
  14. One good idea I have seen was post sunk in to the ground with a tow hitch bolted and welded to it. The trailer was hitched to this post and a hitch lock over it all. I thought it was a good idea?
  15. Jo-Beau M300 is plenty tall enough with the rotating spout, hence need to raise the bin up a bit.
  16. FFS ! Put the appropriate amount of 2t oil directly into the combi can . Take your combi can to the petrol pump and squirt the petrol in untill you have 5ltrs in total . The squirting in the petrol onto the 2t oil will help mix it . Simples .
  17. Standard wheelie bin, standing on small pallet with a couple of 4x3 timbers on top of pallet to make sure chip hits the rear wall of bin, rather than going over the top. I have the optional rotating spout, fixed one is a waste of time, IMO. In fact we left chippings on site today, but I have used this wheelie bin setup some yers ago with my previous Jo-Beau. Made the job easier today, rather than dragging out to the road. Would have been OTT to take the tracked Forst into the little garden!
  18. Today
  19. Military gap years for teens and school lessons on defence to prepare UK for war APPLE.NEWS Britain must increase its readiness for conflict with Russia or another enemy by spreading awareness of defence... Well it’s got to be better than teaching kids about all that lgtqb shite.
  20. Started a fence job today, taking old fence down to put Estate fencing up. Left odd post for line, they had odd nail sticking out so got grinder to cut them off, well next we were running around put fire out, Balsam Poplar fluff laying on the floor court light never new it court light that quickly, just like petrol fire.
  21. Are you not right in the head ?? Cant you answer a simple question that’s been put to you repeatedly??
  22. Good luck with that. The tangs go past the rim. Mini grinder wouldn’t take too long though. It’s just another level of security. If you’re leaving the trailer for any length of time it’s worth taking at least one wheel off and taking it with you.
  23. Late morning, day off today and a game of bad golf with my youngest. Dry and breezy here.
  24. Why try and simplify it, it only complicates things🤪
  25. You can mix fuel into any container you want - any combi can, or Ive used plastic milk bottles. Its best also with a big and small measuring jug. So three containers in total. - plan what quantities and ratio you need - say 5 litre (same as 5000 ml) of fuel and 50:1 - use large measuring jug to measure fuel and add it to the combi can - use small measuring jug to measure oil and add it to the combi can - if you want to be a pro, add the oil half way through adding the fuel stage so you can rinse out the small jug. that's it. Dont use the old fashioned imperial measurements - its much harder. Im sure there are youtube videos.
