For anyone interested in studying the battlefield and coming to their own conclusions on tactics and winning the firefight, I'd suggest google streetview. The girl in orange sandals and the long shirt carries herself with a very agreeable ease.

Good question. Don't know.

It's not a surprise nor unreasonable that the coppers couldn't get there and fix it in under x minutes. There aren't many of them, cities are big and congested; it takes time to go places and time to make sure they're not being ambushed on the way in etc (remember the policewoman in Machester who got lured into a grenade attack). The problem is the authorities know this but prevent people from defending themselves anyway. They assume the individual's right to self-defence on the basis that they will use that right and power instead, to do for the individual what they would have ordinarily done for themselves. Then they don't keep up their end of the bargain. It's a failed short-sell. They borrow more than they can pay back. They're a shepherd who tethers his stock and goes to bed rather than watch them. He knows he can't stay awake all night and that if a wolf comes, he can't do much. But he still prevents them saving themselves.

Just loads of individual ones. And loads of other individual offences that could have been deterred by the possibility of armed opposition or thwarted by actual armed opposition.

Its way better to buy the complete engine the time it saves is worth the extra cost. Plus if your piston and cylinder are good you could possibly sell them on or keep them as spares as they cost £300!

That was the defence given by someone at the BBC I heard when challenged about the disproportionate amount of airtime given over to Reform. It doesn't stack up to me. Chicken and Egg scenario I think. They could if they chose, by giving them a lot of airtime, help Green or Orange to set the agenda, to be influencers. I suspect that they wouldn't align with Robbie Gibb's views though. Are you sure Reform are really setting the agenda, or just responding to the agenda? They're just a symptom of the wider problems in truth. I believe that it's more likely that the media, (traditional and socials), backed by big tech and big money, are the actual agender setters. Did you not see the recent piece of Grok disinformation? It was a perfect example.

Hi, I completed all the written parts of the old Tech cert but never sat the management day. Partly because the college wanted another £500 to train to pass the management day and then the following year they changed the course. Is there anything I can do now?

I flogged my 260, it went in for an overhaul at a pro garage, and still ended up being a hunt to start . Never a keen fan bit bulky and slow -
West92 started following Timberwolf 125 wheel bearings
-
Hi all looking for some help with finding out what size wheel bearings are on a Timberwolf 125 2014
-
I know. I was joking. I didn’t fight in two world wars for nothing.

Not until 1944 with the Red Army at the door.

Well, it is wet outside and the grass isn't growing much...crack on👍

Try to get a secondhand one off eBay as the new part is always disproportionately more expensive when compared to a new complete machine.

A brief update/summary for anyone visiting this thread in the future looking for a conclusion: The saw now runs with the original parts pictured above. That is to say it does not have a check valve in the high speed circuit. It idles, accelerates, returns to idle totally predictably. I did not expect this. Hi speed circuit is not providing any fuel at idle - I can close the high speed screw completely with no change to engine. And there is obvious no air going up the hi speed jet because the engine idles happily and forever. I wonder if the wire gauze filter is behaving like a check valve once it’s coated in fuel…? Dunno, but in this carb, with this saw there is no need for a ‘normal’ check valve in the hi speed circuit.

Oh I've been around quite a while, but I'm a relatively new arrival here. 😉 I asked on here for a good replacement for an aging 038, and I'm sorry, but the 391 was never suggested as a contender.

Duh, petrol rationing?

£350 inc vat from L&S, Amazon prices are a bit of a lottery for unusual stuff. £250 Inc vat for a 261, so the blower is still more.

Why didn’t the Jews just run armed 1940’s Germans down with their cars and steal their weapons?
-
But he has it, he has been trained to use it, he is on high alert, he probably isn’t on his own, and he isn’t going to give it to you that easily.
-
I’ve already paid for the ones strapped to a policeman though.

It would be easier and less risky if you just bought an illegal firearm off the street to carry out such actions. 5 grand would certainly cover it.
