My Partners ex had a second detached retina yesterday so we took him to Doncaster Royal Infirmary for emergency treatment. Horrible place. As per usual, they hadn't the right people available so he has to go to Sheffield today. His daughter and sister will do the job. Raining now. I'm feeling a little unsettled as Tom got an early flight out of Heathrow on tuesday which I'd said I help with and a meeting with the Ufkes people right after and I'll be knackered! Today, I hope to get a few little jobs done and rest up.... Picker, Numb, Brain, E Number.

Sad to hear that, usually after 21 days or so you can do a claim. Have they rejected it? Do you still use them?

Feel rough most mornings at the moment 🫩 doesn't help my kids don't want to go to sleep, I am done and they are like Duracell bunnies. Think I have my mojo back with my cycling so that is good. Up and got to get the farm done and then a journey up to Weston super mare so the boys can play rugby against the hornets. Will spend more time in the car than on the pitch 🙄 Planning

Morning Doug, tomorrow sounds like a day to utilise the youngsters back strength and energy! I was up at 4am for changeover, wee one in sleeping much better through the night, she’s actually sleeping!🤔😂 going to take the chipper off the front of the mog as it’s off to fabricators to get barn doors made for the back, she isnt getting used as a chip wagon these days so going to utilise her a bit more for shifting logs.

Morning all. Was blessed with a good sleep and feeling like the busy last week is in the past. Think the cafe is calling for a breakfast today, my mate's back from an African adventure so be good to catch up with him. Need to look at the iPad too as thoughts turn to tomorrow's plan, just me and two youngsters to keep busy for the day and neither of them old enough for fleet insurance which is a bit limiting but we'll find something to do. I thought the same. I would have expected older charger to still charge the 540 but at a slower rate. I would look into it but tbh ica. If the technical info isnt forwarded onto to dealers before the release of these products then I give up. Manufactures are always changing their products and they very rarely relay the info over to us. One day you are selling a certain item, the next day it looks completely different and costs 50% more.

To put it in perspective, those large batteries are being asked to output the same power or more than the maximum a 13A plug can handle. It is quite amazing but nowhere close to petrol. Thats an odd design decision as they are both 40v packs. With most brands it would still allow charging but just be somewhat slow. Theres not really any technical reason for it.

I was lucky enough to visit that edge tool manufacturing place, Morris and sons. An impromptu tour when I when to pick up a bill hook they repaired for me. It was a treat. Now closed sadly.
