Do you need to put a notification in to put up a small fence (1m high) and extend a drive way (full cellular confinement system job) within the RPA of a tree in a CA? The work doesn't need a full planning app as is permitted development. But I did an AMS for it; no dig spec on the drive way, pilot holes for fence post and bridging over posts if roots found.
