I think it is much the same as wood though I bet birch bark is higher because it is oily, the main difference will be much more ash from bark compared with the wood.

Domestic it can make a difference having named drivers or 2 main drivers - the explanation was if you share a car and crash it you have to explain to your other half.... so you drive more carefully. Using the kubota yesterday to drag and wrestle these Poplar sticks to road side for the timber trailer. Didn't bother with grab as knew it wouldn't open wide enough. Push them up at one end with bucket and get chain under then drag / wiggle them down the hill. Happy days

We use larch slab wood for kindling production . Shame you are so far away . Slabs mostly 300 mm wide up to 500 are ideal . Can use most of the pines as well
