  1. Past hour
  2. It has its drawbacks, but the ‘modern stuff is rubbish’ crowd are just wanky old moaners. Drive a 25 year old pick up truck, and compare it to the modern ones. Gutless crap in comparison.
  3. My grandfather, sold the tech to volvo from landrover so they could make their 4x4 s 🤣 believe it or not , and also had close ties with Honda and there crvs
  4. but how long will they survive before they're hijacked and stripped for parts by the usual suspects.
  5. Whats it weighs?
  6. Ufkes Greentec have a head office and factory in Holland and another spot in Germany! I also got Ragnartec to sell which is a huge, arctic sized chipper!
  7. I agree totally. Having said that driverless taxis are arriving in London next year, and I say ‘Bring it on’. Results so far in USA show far higher levels of safety, and zero assaults by pervy taxi drivers!
  8. Loaders are a pain in the arse to strap in those trailers, the side lashing rings are all too high.
  9. Today
  10. VW Touareg is a very good option as mentioned oil leak from engine/ gearbox can be common from around 60k miles on the 3l v6 diesel's but they are well made german machines

WWW.FACEBOOK.COM Warning: strong language. ⚠ So this is what the little dwarf has been up to while in Canada! To all his fans, you've been deceived for far too long. 12. Yes, we will have to rethink out strapping down.
  13. For interest, the Pinto Rig 2 beckett is rated lower than the Pinto Rig's btw.
  14. The last delivery of the goodies from Honey’s. Really impressed with the quality of rope logic stuff.
  15. Lines have to be drawn somewhere 5th.
  16. Nice that Mick, loads easier manoeuvre than the other one. Did you not fancy treating yourself to a new ratchet strap whilst you were there.
  17. It sounds beyond awful.
  18. "Swivel-eyed loons" !
  19. Don't give up the day job 👍
  20. I agree, why should we have minority groups constantly on the telly box?
  21. experiences of some vehicles mentioned so far I had a regular length Land Cruiser, 2014, great family vehicle, as you would expect of it, diesels are a tad lackluster compared to the competition but are far, far more reliable. don’t go for the 7 seater - seats may fold down but you loose a good 30cm of depth in the boot girlfriend a 2004 rav4, as thirsty as the Land Cruiser, could remove all rear seats leaving a van like back which was good, needed to remove the removeable tow bar to open rear door though mate had an outlander, got rid as 4wd only started working above 5mph apparently worth bearing in mind, especially if you want 4wd to avoid lawn damage, is a lot of the soft roaders, the wheels need to spin before the 4wd kicks in……
  22. Dad's Volvo (basically a Ford) has reversing sensors with a beep that particularly annoys me. You can turn it off by pressing a button on the radio when you've slipped it into (reverse) gear but if you then come out of gear and go back in, the beep comes back. Drives me mad.
  23. New Ifor GF106 to pull the Avant. Tidy!
  24. That is true, and it is annoying.
  25. Given the unreliability of electronic systems in modern vehicles, often costing more to rectify than the vehicle is actually worth, why anyone would want to drive something that relied more and more on electrics, especially ai is beyond belief. even the basics ie; sat nav is flawed by multiple issues. and ai has already proved to be unreliable and inaccurate. I don't need a fecking machine to show me how to stay alive on the road, or anywhere else for that matter.
