Freelance climber needed to work in South West London ! Regularly or even just for one offs if available. Hardy Tree Surgeons is a small tree surgery business based in Putney, London which has been in business for over 20 years. The majority of our work is through recommendations and repeat work. We carry out a wide variety of work, private woodlands, golf courses, schools, survey work, installing bat boxes, chainsaw milling and abseiling eyebolts! ( plus a lot of rigging and zip-lining!) We try to maintain a strong work ethic carrying out work that is best for the tree this often means we take longer to carry out the work hopefully achieving better short and more importantly long-term results. We always spend a bit longer to make sure the work is carried out to the highest standard rather than having targets to hit which can cause jobs to be rushed. Any woodchip or log tip is very welcome and hugely appreciated, we have a large communal garden at the back of the house, woodchip is excellent for paths, mulch, compost, biochar making and soil building. Access is very easy straight to the driveway next to bins on top of a wood chip covered drive already, from the main road number 30 Grove Park on the right just up the hill from Chadwick Road large tipper lorry can drive straight up and tip! More than happy for a 2nd climber type of person. Anyone really with a good work ethic that isn't monumentally grumpy. Grumpyness is acceptable as long as it is in a funny way. Hello everyone, I urgently need a climber to cover a holiday period of one of my staff. The right man will be very competent at crown reductions and know all about furnishing growth and drop-crotching, no wild pollarders please! Dismantling also required up to 28" DBH. The pay is £11.20 p/h. Our overtime rate is time and half so £16.80 p/h. We generally do 10 to 20 hours a month. Must have own PPE. I need an immediate starter, or asap, who also has a clean driving license. The work might continue beyond 2 or 3 weeks but we'll see how busy we are. Self employed groundsman/climber wanted in Putney, London Hardy Tree Surgeons is a small highly professional tree surgery business based in Putney, London which has been in business for over 14 years. We provide a high quality service mostly for private clients in South West and Central London. We pride ourselves on having excellent customer relations, being extremely careful whilst carrying out all jobs and leaving sites cleaner than when we arrived. We have not needed to advertise for over 6 years as the majority of our work is through recommendations and repeat work. We carry out a wide variety of work, ranging from small fruit trees to mature 200 year old oaks; courtyard gardens to private woodlands. I currently require a groundsman/2nd climber to work for ~3-4 days/week initially but with scope to increase this to 5 days/week in the future and to work as part of a larger team on bigger jobs. There may also be an opportunity to take over the business and to develop it further or take on a managerial role with on-going support. Hi Folks, Looking for a decent climber with good experience that is confident to go out to routine crown reductions or dismantles, the candidate does NOT need to be at a standard for the hardest jobs in the industry, but at least be ready for the challenge with the right support! Must have driving license and CS30/31/38/39 as a BARE MINIMUM. Hello everyone, I have successfully hired my last 4 people off here, so here I am again. I need a new trainee with their own PPE to work on a day rate of £75pd, either part time or full time, this is because The Owl is leaving us and going to Sweden which is a shame, apparently there's a good woman there I need CV's please. I am half inclined to take on someone with plenty of climbing experience for £21,000 (plus 28 days holiday), but it is very important that you aren't pathalogically grumpy because I will notice.
