I have found every employee through this website, so I am naturally hopeful of finding the next! We're quite a cheerful company that thrives on teamwork. Please do get in touch if you are a hard worker that gets on with people easily. If deep down you suspect you're not actually that hard-working, please don't get in touch! CV's or a personal summary to trees@microbee.co.uk Minimum pay of £80 per day with automatic overtime at 1.5 time. I look forward to hearing from you, Many thanks, Tom

  21. Hi, Work is spiralling, please get in touch if you want to join our company, will suit someone safe that hasn't broken anything valuable for ages. Pay to be discussed depending on experience, not mentioning specific dosh anymore but it's plenty, especially after overtime at time and a half. Please send CV's over to trees@microbee.co.uk Equal opportunities policy dictates that you can be female or gay as long as you are still good at climbing trees. Best regards, Tom
  22. Hi, Work is spiralling, please get in touch if you want to join our company, will suit someone safe that is good at looking upwards and avoiding things coming downwards. More than happy for a 2nd climber type of person. Anyone really with a good work ethic that isn't monumentally grumpy. Grumpyness is acceptable as long as it is in a funny way. Pay to be discussed depending on experience, not mentioning specific dosh anymore but it's plenty, especially after overtime at time and a half. Please send CV's or a covering email over to trees@microbee.co.uk Best regards, Tom
  23. This is a re-advertised post for a climber to cover holiday, required urgently for our small and thriving tree surgery team. It seems my other advert didn't make the dough very clear and I'm not allowed to edit it. Must have own PPE and climbing kit. Please get in touch if you have a several years doing good reductions and are comfortable dismantling up to 28". Tree officers will be looking at your furnishing growths and things. We're based in Wimbledon and work all over London. Please send CVs or a quick personal summary to me. I need the cover for 3 weeks, but if we're busy I might well need you to hang around. Best regards, Tom trees@microbee.co.uk
  24. Hello everyone, I am trying to find two part time staff to work 3 days a week on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. This would suit a trainee level or experienced person who doesn't want to work full time. We are normally overwhelmed with work all summer and are seriously full now, so the 3 days a week is a minimum and a full week is quite likely. The positions will be at least 6 months and quite possibly permanent. We're a nice company to work for, literlally nobody here has ever taken someone's life or stolen a car and gone ram-raiding. Sometimes we just spend the day saving the lives of woodlice that have found themselves in a spot of peril. One of us is even a vegetarian and will only eat animals if they have died by misadventure. I will pay you £83 a day, which is based on a self-employed basis, so own PPE and climbing equipment. It's basically £22,000 a year if you were foolish enough to work without any days off. We usually do 5 to 20 hours of overtime at time and a half. So realistically your average daily pay will work out to about £95 and therefore a salary band of £24k. CS38 alone is an absolute minimum requirement, please do not apply if you cannot rescue someone from a tree. Please DO get in touch if the specifics of these positions don't quite meet your requirements, I want good staff and can be flexible. I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks, Tom trees@microbee.co.uk
  25. Hello everyone, We're looking for a new junior with recent tickets, we're a good company in which to get quick experience and every employee here loves their job. Fun is permissible, in small quantities, and we're a conscientious team that gets through a lot of work. We are slightly imbalanced towards ginger hair-types, although this will not affect your chances of employment. This is ideal for someone with recent cs30,31,38,39 tickets who wants to be doing proper climbing stuff quite quickly. The pay is £355 a week with 10 to 20 hrs overtime a month at time and a half, so £200 extra if you're lucky. I anticipate this role will be temporary until late autumn, but if workload permits then we'll keep you on indefinitely, give you a payrise etc. As long as you haven't cut anything off, then you'll be in the Bahamas with the insurance pay-off wishing you could pick up a beer with your preferred hand. Please email me if you're interested - trees@microbee.co.uk I look forward to hearing from you, Tom
