  1. Only thing to be carful of adding the treads after is the max rise of 225 mm as a 245/250 mm rise will make you feel heavy legged walking up them. Nice job mark

Normally a spiral like that will have steel base frame treads and risers and the timber is screwed on during fitting mark.I have fitted quite a few spirals and the centre pole is fitted first and all the steel treads slide over the pole then as you make up the stairs.Look really nice with the wooden treads in a room central so the staircase is the main feature.

  25. Good to know and 2 good feedbacks. Interesting so will give logosol a ring this week and see if i can arrange a trial of it. I have the M7 in the yard doing nothing at the moment.Cannot be that much noise from the chain surely nothing like a big 90cc petrol saw
