Only thing to be carful of adding the treads after is the max rise of 225 mm as a 245/250 mm rise will make you feel heavy legged walking up them. Nice job mark -

Normally a spiral like that will have steel base frame treads and risers and the timber is screwed on during fitting mark.I have fitted quite a few spirals and the centre pole is fitted first and all the steel treads slide over the pole then as you make up the stairs.Look really nice with the wooden treads in a room central so the staircase is the main feature. -

I do not think anyone on here would have call to buy one rick. Its more suited to specialist joinery/sawmill i say.
