  1. Looks a tidy thing paddy! Biggest let down with fords imo is paint/bodywork, get it all pressure washed underneath best you can and get some protection on that undercarriage and body, should serve ya well.
  2. Sounds like its dropping back to idle fine to me, probably the shutting off of the egr valve after being at high revs and obviously at that point takes fuelling away cos your off the pedal, so just adjusting itself on air/fuelling back to idle. Sounds fine to me. Truth will be in the actual driving but you wont know that till you get your hands on it.
  3. I drilled the ivy tree that was planted at front of my house when i moved in an put some neat gallup (glyphosate) in with a syringe, dolled it eventually. Spent hours ripping the little suckler buds off my brickwork [emoji30] horrible stuff ivy!
  4. With two tea spoons sir! only guessing like cos i’m from up “norf” 🤠

    First Cut

Nope! The joys of having flags Gary! 🤠
  6. You’ll be reminded of it every time ya use it for many hours later! [emoji40]
  7. Used hibiscrub a lot over the years, comes in gloopy liquid form, just used to dab it on neat for allsorts of scenarios, and went through a couple of tubes of vetzyme ointment too, left a dirty dark streak on their coat but worked brilliantly on open cuts and skin issues.
  8. Get kids involved! [emoji6] cheap labour and all that! 🤣
  9. Was being a twunt yolky [emoji6] he got a set budget? Is he literally wanting a shed out of tanalised softwood or is he wanting it insulated? Sip panel build maybe a good option for him.
  10. Sounds like a gem. And as for your pointing.... master! [emoji108] looks really well Mark. My retirement aim is a small old remote property in Scottish highlands with a bit of land and outbuildings for tinkering in. Bit to go yet, only 38 🤣 one must have dreams though eh!!!
  11. You repointing that stone then? I think its raked out to a spot on depth and looks sweet gap wise! Be tempted to leave it as it is. Pics may be deceiving to me though gap wise, always looks different when your stood looking at it in the flesh. Is it a listed building?
  12. Quality!!! Love it when people “lovingly” and “sympathetically” as they put it, restore old properties! Your a lucky man Mark, keep the updates coming [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  13. Nice! Great big old hoose! Cracking views!! [emoji106] keep the pics coming, before and after, always great to see peoples work.
  14. I’ve no kids, but same as you Mark, learned to do more things at home, not spend on pointless crap, appreciate the people closest to me a bit more, being single is prob the biggest downside as cant have any interaction, only with work colleagues and my dad mainly cos hes my “bubble” person. Hes on his own and has underlying health issues, so shop for him quite often. Really miss my pooch for the home comfort side of things too after losing her last year.
  15. I bet them houses neighbouring your yard chuffing love you Saul rattling logs all day long with ya saws 🤣🤣🤣
  16. You selling up?! [emoji6]
  17. Bad to say, this end of building looks fairly square on gable end with roof, but looks like it may have lost part of its roof at the back? So possible subsidence! Love coming across old stuff like that!
