  1. I can understand why he wants to stick with a 254xp cos they are great saws i,ve got one in great condition but would not part with it but i know a mate has one he might sell i will see him monday and ask if thats any help

  3. I think we all have different experiences with all makes and models of saws and some of us like em and some don,t
  4. It was just so underpowered and slow cutting so i abused it a bit and then it started running like crap so chucked it in the shed and forgot about it and bought a Husky 435 which i,ve had before and well happy with it i only wanted it for a bit of hazel coppicing but it was no good
  5. Yeah i know but i just thought it would be handy for a bit of light work but it was still crap
  6. Dunno about the Echo 390 but i bought a smaller 352 to try and its a pile of crap,imo,so wont be getting another so i,ll stick to Huskys although like the look of the small Dolmars

  15. No swallows yet but a chap in village said he saw one this week but i have got a blackbird sitting on 5 eggs which is nice
  16. Probably the cold held em back a bit, starting to come out here now, a couple of the hedges i laid earlier are greening up now

Thanks guys,yes theres a footpath right by and yes it was planted uuniform by me about 10yrs ago and its a mix of hawthorn blackthorn and hazel,if you message me nxt week i could tell you where it is i,m about 40 mins from Malvern and you would also drive past the one in the previous pictures to get to it will put some pics of ones i laid last year at some point

  20. Another for the mk4 fenn trap with peanut butter it works well i,ve caught 7 in 3 wks round my goose pen
