  1. It's only 5.40!😳
  2. Couple options here but both with machines. Method is jack each corner up with wedges enough to get two slings on and move with the machine. This is better than grabbing with the machine because doesn't damage but more often than not the bark doesn't matter... Again, jacking up first with wedges and then insert the forks...each site requires a different plan often because of the conditions. Not saying any of these are the best way but just how it's worked for me in the past 😁
  3. He looks reasonably chuffed with himself ...
  4. Yeh we have redwood quite often. What exactly are you needing? We have fresh milled usually and can mill to your requirements...depending on the size I can plain to thickness too.👍
  5. @Rob D Sorry wrong tag there😖
  6. As usual @RobD has done me a deal to sort all this out👌 Fully recommend his service and technical support to anyone on this forum. Cheers Rob 👍👍
  7. Thanks mate Believe it two teeth from the same side and about a metre apart. Full skip 27RA👍 Anyone have a chain breaker/mender that's not needed?
  8. What oil do you use? Have you tried changing to another bar?
  9. Milling at the weekend and went through metal. Lost 2 or 3 teeth along a 7ft double-ended set up. Is it a worry, should I bother replacing or just crack on and resharpen what's left. Got a big job on Saturday and keen to make sure its good to go. Obviously a second chain would be best but ....thoughts?😁 Cheers
  10. Hi all, Anyone with a 200t they want to move on working or not I would be glad to hear from you👍
  11. Made a nice job of what is a horrible job to do😁👌
  12. Talking of the 151, haven't they had a load of problems recently?? A dealer round here says he's had more than 40 back in the last 12 months. Think they have paused production...anyone confirm this?
  13. Toppers are like a lot of things...you'll get used to anything (not the T540🤫) but the difference between the 200 and 201 is debatable. I only love the 200 because it's what I've always used and have just got used to it being a little heavier than a 201. If you have the chance to fully rebuild a 200 then go for it, if not just stick with the current 201tcm😁👍
  14. Sunburnt ? Looks a cracking peice of timber??
  15. You have a greenmech ??
  16. ??
  17. Lovely job. Someone got a bit carried away with the rake up!??
  18. Agreed, I know at least 5 people that would snap one up if there was some. ?
  19. There's nothing like a full wrap handle on a bigger saw when chogging down? Just a lot easier for handling. I know it's not essential and is possible without of course but then anything to make a chog down at the end of the day easier is welcome ? Personally keep a saw available for low cuts as you say as well. Cannot see how it would void a warranty though!
  20. Thanks I'll DM ya if things progress. Obviously looking at a few options. Something that has just occurred to me. I haven't seen many of the EVO 165P around? If I was to place an order today would I be running the risk of having one of the first off production line? Like anything there's often issues with the first few. Not saying there will be any issues of course but just a thought. How many hours testing does the model go through before coming to the market? Cheers
  21. Cheers for the info. Perhaps I'll book a demo in due course....
  22. Cheers, obviously if my guys are wanting to tow it it'll have to be under 750Kg. I couldn't afford for the apprentice to be over. Can you assure me its sub 750? Some of the others are like a bit over. Don't like the look of em buttons but sure they'll be OK after I get used to them
  23. Interesting. Now put some big timber through it please ? Debating whether to with the st6p or the EVO 165 at the moment. They both have their plus and minus points about them.
  24. Unplug it maybe?
  25. Whats the Timberwolf & Forst alternative??
