  1. Dude you are sooo bishop Berkeley. Just need a crimson sack and a silver thread. [emoji12]
  2. Anyone heard of choice frameworks? Or the duality of consciousness inside an animal body and mind? Anyone read the "naked ape" or" naked zoo"?

    IVY

I was told many years ago by a government advisor/ecologist, that ivy doesn't harm trees. Experience would show otherwise. The habitat argument is valid as it produces early fruit, late flowers and somewhere for creatures to hide/nest. Hack it down, there's a lot of it. Nice work twig. [emoji106]

    2018

    Happy new year folks! [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  7. Don't trust new chains! Put them through a grinder, Especially check the depth gauges as are never correct on new chain. What top plate angle do you use? 10 degrees? Try 0 degrees for a better finish. [emoji106]
  8. There are two types of dmt and many enhancers. Be very careful.
  9. Try to keep the saw at 90 degrees to the trunk, less seesawing. Good result. [emoji106]
  10. Who wants free will? Workers are much happier and productive without it. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
  11. Winter is now your fault stubby. [emoji12]
  12. On reflection, if you can push you budget, get an 880. Much better for milling big timber than a 661. Your 460 can cross cut with a 30" bar. Would be a good setup. [emoji106]
  13. Merry Christmas everyone! [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  14. How long has the ash been down? It gets real hard quickly. A 460 will run a 25" bar on a mill with about 18-20" of cut. Use a sprocket nose bar. Get a 661 with 36" bar. [emoji106]
  15. [emoji15][emoji15][emoji15] You got a real point there vesp. [emoji106]
  16. Thanks Jay, that's my Christmas reading sorted. [emoji106]
  17. Can't find any threads on this subject. If anyone could link me to a thread? After an "informal" chat with local council high ways who explained each council has different standards. Is this correct? What traffic management do you use and on what class of road? Help greatly appreciated as I don't want to make any mistakes in a highly dangerous environment. Thanks
  18. So we do have free will except vesp? [emoji12]
  19. It's part of the theme. [emoji106]
  20. Ever read Asimov's foundation? Free will of an individual but society is predictable?
  21. 400+ metres of lifting, flailing and many tonnage of chip.
