    Log Cabins

There’s a few trees on the edge of the plot
  2. Its worth what someone’s willing to pay, I’d take some good photos and list on eBay starting at 0.99p with a reserve of something their happy with for let’s face it a metal box nobody cared for. Sometimes people expect to get the world for something they didn’t look after!?!

    Log Cabins

Some nice work there! If you know how much does something like the 3 bed cost?

    Log Cabins

Nice!! Yes I’m finding grey areas, some are built within a means and size as to be classed as semi permanent and fall under the same planning regs as caravans!! We have a nice plot but it’s greenbelt, if we can’t get it removed from greenbelt was wandering if this is a route we could go down to still live there and be mortgage free a lot quicker?!
  6. Due to their age I bet their identities get to stay anonymous.
  7. Bunch of tw4ts!! I hate scummy cowards like that!

    Log Cabins

What kind of planning permission do you need to build a log cabin? Is it the same as a brick/stone house?

    AJ v Parker .

TF is a very crafty fighter and yes he doesn’t get enough credit but he’s been knocked down off nobodies he is there to be hit, what would be interesting too is it would be AJ’s first fight where he’s the smaller man. Do I think Fury could beat AJ, yes if he doesn’t get hit and does what he did against Klitschsko however he’s had 2 years of inactivity. I don’t think TF has the power to KO AJ. Do I think Wilder could beat AJ, yes by a wild KO! AJ still looks vulnerable to a big shot and when he gets hit he’s cumbersome. I don’t think Wilder has the boxing brain to beat AJ over the distance. Do I think AJ could beat both TF and Wilder, yes but both guys pose a huge challenge. That said AJ is getting used to getting over huge challenges.

    AJ v Parker .

Yes I agree but I think AJ is vulnerable to a big shot and Wilder has a big shot. AJ is the better boxer. Well he called Wilder out so I suppose we’ll see if he’s up for it. Personally think Fury is the safer fight for AJ as he doesn’t have that KO power and he’s been down a few times off nobodies, if AJ could land he’d have the power and instinct to finish him. Fury however would be the bigger man and would likely dance around behind that wide stance for 12 pot shotting.

    AJ v Parker .

AJ stuck to a game plan and went 12 for his 1st time. The ref was ok at the beginning until he saw Parker lead with the head and connect from that point on he would split them as soon as they clinched. Shame really.
  12. Avoided again, if it’s national why does the NHS employ immigrants? Im not against immigration like you, I believe we need it in some capacity, what that is is open to debate. It’s still classed as a 3rd world country so the masses don’t have access to money which in turn means general education isn’t the same as ours however like I stated it doesn’t mean they don’t have brilliant minds! Id say you need to be a brilliant mind to be a billionaire wouldn’t you? Are you a billionaire? Would you class yourself as being one of these scientific European geniuses you speak of? Lastly are you classing us with the Europeans for having these great scientific minds as it suits your argument, you know seeing as you don’t want to be a European in your brexit debate?

    AJ v Parker .

    Nervous for ‘em
  14. If it’s national why does it employ immigrants? We are part of its demise don’t be blind. 25 of the worlds billionaires are African, not bad considering they can’t build wells. Youngest billionaire ..... wait for it ..... Tanzania. Stop chatting shit.

    AJ v Parker .

Wilder can beat anyone if he lands, which to be fair he has in every one of his fights.
  16. @matelot no you didn’t answer the question you glossed over it. Binge drinker put put a strain on the NHS every weekend and it’s 100% self inflicted. Obesity is the 2nd largest avoidable cause of cancer, it’s also a massive factor in type 2 diabetes!! why aren’t you interested in those subjects? Race isn’t a factor. Africans aren’t at the leading edge of science because they have had a bad start financially HOWEVER it doesn’t mean given the chance they can’t have great minds!! When you look at the rest of the world and judge it do you use the same outlets you blast for not reporting Crime in the UK?

    AJ v Parker .

    I have AJ rnd 4 or 5
  18. Are you condoning racism? No they have a duty to investigate any report with the same professionalism. So now your stereotyping and wrongly at that. You really are great at bending narratives, you’d make a great politician. It’s not my duty too nor was I privy to the information only aware of it after incidents had been reported. No idea I don’t like to think what people think, it’s unpredictable and you’ll often be wrong due to unknown variables. Hmmm so you chose to ignore my Q re binge drinking and NHS, great.
  19. Nick is a racist! I agree re the bbc but how did the info reach the public if people are scared of broadcasting? Yes she was but that’s a different topic altogether. See Corbyn anti Semitic. Re church it didn’t and again largely white. Again a peodophile is a peodophile and a murderer is a murderer irrelevant of colour, gender and religion. @matelot what do you make of binge drinkers draining A&E Services every weekend? Immigration isn’t our only problem.
  20. Your bending narratives again! The same people/media outlets turned a blind eye to the churches abuse scandal also. Pretty sure the majority involved where white. Lastly given the fact that we now know about the church scandal and the scandals you refer to, you know given that they are now in the public domain, did people really turn a blind eye or wait for conclusive evidence before uncovering them?
  21. https://dailym.ai/2uvummp Anybody else want to punch him in the face every time you see it?!
  22. Thought you wanted to go SE?
  23. Context is required though. I understand what your saying but it’s the choosing your battles scenario. The PFI contract (I don’t agree with it, the contract that is) is rigged heavily in Amey’s favour, changes made by the council or uturns on Work to be done and the council is financially penalised. Where does the council get it’s money from? No harm should happen as a direct result of the proposed works to be carried out on Sheffield’s Trees however it may do down to the stupidity of individuals protesting. In the grand scheme I personally don’t think this will upset the balance too much on the tree front plus there is a replanting plan in place. Sheffield has/had more trees than any other city in the UK (sure I read that and haven’t made it up) so arguably it’s overdue on the management front. Yes healthy trees may be up for the chop but let’s be honest we remove healthy trees for £ notes on a daily basis where allowed to allow sun in a back garden for example. I can’t be a hypocrit and denounce the removal of trees in a situation such as Sheffield’s tree management program when I’ll happily remove a tree for a lesser cause in someone’s back garden. Again I reiterate management plan more trees are being replanted. Before people say how dare I, I’m big enough and honest enough to say I love doing what I do but primarily it’s an income it supports me and mine. I dont know the ins and outs of the contract nor do I want to devote my time towards finding out (time, precious, family) I’m not saying I agree with how the contract come about but the trees still need managing and if the council kept it in house in all likelihood the same Trees would be down for removal, it would just happen on a slower scale. How many protesters, people of Sheffield would put a claim in for falling on an uneven or broken pavement caused by roots? How much has been paid out in claims due to situations/accidents caused by damaged pavements due to trees? Sheffield is managing its stock, well or not, is I suppose what we are debating but it is managing as agin its replanting as well as removing in what I’d hope a better setting/environment/location where future problems are perceived to be less forthcoming. I highly doubt the works completed would even add up to what’s removed in 1 day in say Brazil. How many of these protesters use/have everyday items that have come from the direct removal of trees? I bet most have tables, chairs, sheds etc etc I bet most have used and continue to use paper, I bet most have chewed gum etc etc As for your example or thoughts well I’m against crime and in that context would agree with the protest and I’m all for him staying inside with his spork. Again the context thing kicks into play, we are allowed to remove trees @kevinjohnsonmbe and it’s ok to do so heck we get paid to do so, it isn’t ok or allowed however to rape someone. Hope thats changed the way you think of me somewhat.
  24. Off the top of my head you’ll probably need to add 2 runners to the dropside to tie into your existing tipper sub frame.
  25. Yes with fabrication.
