When the scummy sun would hack into DEAD soldiers voicemails to publish their names 1st to sell papers I highly doubt they would be against a bit of photoshopping to sell papers! If I was on a beech in a state of emergency with armed guards patrolling then I would be at the side of my kids the whole time! What do do you think the public reaction would be to a high terror alert and state of emergency ..... oh I know let’s go to the beech where we are vulnerable to an attack with nowhere for cover! It’s not just the shadows that says the pic is photoshopped. If you where on a beech in a state of emergency that was being patrolled by armed police would you let your child out of your sight. My kids would be by my side but also if it was that bad you wouldn’t be on a public beech with no escape routes? That’s just me though. It will be a slow process, the NHS is about to change, it will still be free to the end user but the maintenance or non surgical will split from surgical and potentially operate as private companies opening up more streams of income. Hospitals and trusts alike will have to operate within a means and budget and make money to manage any deficit.

I’m having 2 weeks off as the wife had an emergency section last week at 36week+1 both ok and home but the wife cant do a lot so this is entertaining me in between feeds Oh 3 of the 10 in the room operating where skilled workers that in matey boys opinion shouldn’t be here, I however am very grateful they where/are.

We are really as I’m not disputing what your saying but the fact remains with the data provided by the global rankings they still do have 100 universities in the top 20% well 16% to be specific globally. Their uni’s are still good enough to provide doctors and other skilled profession to a nation that is supposed to be streets ahead in the league tables. So its not all bad is it. Again we have sort of side tracked each other (enjoyed it to be fair like I said earlier I have no problem debating with someone who can concentrate for longer than 1 sentence) my response was to justify that matey boy needs to think and do some research before spouting shite. I have said it in the past with him, his basic principle is not far off from the right direction he just embarrasses others who agree with his sort of standing. Annoying also is the fact he “likes” everything your coming back with because your doing the leg work he cant, sort of, as in our instance we are both right. Needless to say would you work abroad for more money yet disagree with others doing the same in the opposite direction? Probably not, you seem like you have more about you.

The top 100 universities within the Middle East rank within the top 1959 globally. There are 11,998 universities ranked globally. 1959/11998*100 =16.32% you should be embarrassed if you cant do basic math but studied at 3 universities the you class as some of the best in the world. Again like I was trying to explain yesterday it’s more like morally neutral as we aren’t taking them per se they are choosing to come for first and foremost the money just like matey boy did when he worked in the Middle East for more money, the boy is a hypocrit. Thats fine however ever if they are shit so are the universities outside the top 20% for the same reasons that they are. I don’t think they would be shit but I concede they aren’t going to be as good as ours, that said their quals are still good enough to work here. Yes and that’s fair enough but they are passing the conversion courses on the foundations in place from said universities.

I have no problem debating with someone who is prepared to think before they speak. You clearly do and are prepared to back up claims with evidence. Im not really trying to stick up for the Middle East or present them in any light, I’m dispelling matey boys “guff” to use his word. The fact still remains they have 100 universities globally positioned in the top 20%. Population, and geographic position don’t come into it in the sense that if they did by your reckoning universities outside the top 5% may as well not exist. Added to that matey boys claim about skilled workers being worthy of our NHS or other professions for that matter have come from the same universities you are both rubbishing. So so they are clever enough and skilled enough to take top jobs in the privelidged west yet they graduated from poor universities?

No it doesn’t they still have 100 universities within the top 20% of global universities. You can’t disprove that because it is a fact. Whether you find it interesting or not is irrelevant it is still so.
