  1. You certainly know your sheds.
  2. Might be Lino?
  3. I think he’s referring to the paddle mixer at the back right to be honest?
  4. The Gaydars off the scale with that creep.
  5. Does no sound like google at all. Id ignore it as its almost definitely a scam
  6. Are you sure its actually google?
  7. Just good contacts I guess. Im gonna go and mill the same lad a couple of oak logs for another Trailer load of the same Larch Logs. My wee workshop build is swallowing up Larch like nobodys business. As is all my fencing and decking. Did 4 hours milling for someone the other day in return for two Pippy Brown Oak Logs. 13' and 24" and 29" respectively. He was just milling them into cladding. [emoji50]
  8. Just had some cracking Larch Saw logs delivered in almost identical spec for £65 a ton, cash in the hipper. [emoji16]
  9. It is round my way.
  10. Yup, exactly that. He’d already quartered a bunch with chainsaw so the biomass guys would take it before realising millers would take it for the same price without the hassle of cutting them in 4 bits.
  11. I was offered this kind of dimensions at £65 a ton the other day

    Dolmar

    Funny that. 🤣
  13. I have the Makita 4300 as well. Came with an 18” bar out the box. Great wee saw. Dropped a 65 foot Spruce with it today and all the sending that goes along with that. Well worth the money. Look on Amazon.de for a bargain.
  14. Logosol Mills use the same Rollers, so if youre ever needing to change them out (not just the bearings) then drop them a bell, prompt delivery as well
  15. If you’ve worked through 30t of larch in the last 12 months it’s a little odd you’ve only just started on a batch of ‘37’s. I guess we all have our own rotation policy. You’re clearly intelligent so no point in telling you to suck eggs. If you’ve done everything correctly then perhaps you’re “that guy” with a bad batch?
  16. That’s one band or all three? If one band that’s a lot cutting. 4m+ multiple times in one sappy log. Id suggest some kitchen cleaner like Detol or Flash in your lube as a cleaner/friction reducer when milling Larch/DF.
  17. Define "quite a bit of cutting" from an almost one year old blade,
  18. As long as thats his real name.
  19. Three bands since last September? Most folk go through more in a day. These three bands have seen ''quite a bit of cutting', which implies sporadic use. Id imagine they have been work hardened and is nothing more that user error. Stubby is on the right path I feel. If you're gonna baby three bladed for the best part of a year then perhaps a schedule of PM is needed?
  20. I was suitably chastised, as where you just now. Lets move on and move on up. Very telling that when you have your insults curbed you cant formulate a coherent reply to a political discussion. You have a good weekend as well.
  21. We can continue to discuses the semantics but there is no need for the personal attacks and insults, direct or intentionally indirect. Ive made it clear Im not defending anyone or anything. My opinion is you are intentionally using false equivalency for shock value and hyperbole. If you feel like you can counter this without resorting to insults then lets discuss.
  22. Do keep up. And please, enough of the personal attacks and insults please.
  23. Not really, I was pointing out your false equivalency fallacy. Then you went on the personal attack in your usual round-about way that is somewhat obvious yet easily deniable. Ironically something you have accused me of in the recent past. I wonder if you’ll have a PM demanding you change your username to the one on your passport? You certainly fit the bill of this new regulation.
  24. I need to change my username to Spud then I’ll get a free pass.
