As title I am looking for a first aid course in the midlands ideally East Midlands that is arb specific really. Any suggestions or any courses anyone has done that they recommend?

Has anyone changed the length of there zillion ie removed the rope it came with and put new longer rope in? If yes is it an easy job and safe to do it?

Amazing car love mine would only ever swap for a disco 4 can't be beaten as a luxury 4x4 that doubles as a work horse in my own opinion and only my opinion.

Just bought some spray called incognito from a show and used last two days in the wood while on climbing course and they flew near me but didn't actually land on me and I watched them hover but nothing another good thing is St. John's wort oil they hate it. Used to work with horses and put that on and they stay well away.

Got the groundie ones as told they harder wearing than climbers but not as flexible thought may try a day in them but don't want to be trying new boots at start of course either lol

Doing my cs38 & cs39 in two weeks have waldwalkers at present and wondered if any one had some advice on whether I need climbing boots as well as groundie boots and the pros and cons for both help please
