  1. So if you admit he suffers from A, do you think he's fit for a major public office?
  2. Nothing more than psycho babble to excuse arseholery.
  3. So do I, but I think it unlikely.
  4. I finally plucked up courage to watch that, very nasty. Agree with a lot of comments on here about what should/should not have been done. All I can really think about is how he felt hurtling to the ground. Poor bastard.
  5. Lovely powerful saw, but a bit fragile.
  6. http://www.wandsworthguardian.co.uk/news/15573229.Council_tree_officer__in_trouble__over_tweets_about_trees/ Something for the TOs on here to consider.
  7. http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-41490174 I know he's a bit of a laugh and all that. But if he's coming out with crass rubbish like this, he should be out on his arse. No judgement whatsoever.
  8. https://www.facebook.com/uokhunni/?hc_ref=ARS6Xgzhk_BX9sTkO-VKJpIH3PCdRavX5sxVXMz7-LjYxdK6W8ku_WXjHKr2EDluPcI&fref=nf This is good mind.
  9. I have tried to keep FB for friends, but I have hidden so many because they annoy me that it's full of cherry pickers from Arkansas, and dog videos (which I always watch) that it's all fooked up.
  10. Life is short, but mortgages are long. Was doing some today.
  11. It won't déstabilisé them, if it worries you top them by 1/2 at he same time.
  12. I always get you two confused because of the similar avatars. Anyway, bad luck on the new stuff, had a bit of that myself over here.
  13. Ime, you'll just have to try it and see what happens. Plans often change with winching, what seemed like a good idea the night before, is clearly daft the next morning. Ground anchors can be useful as well.
  14. No, maybe later, I'll stick to the wife's homemade raspberry sponge cake.
  15. I know, I tried that as well, maybe Stubby was right after all.
  16. It's crane fly season, stupid idiots flying hopelessly all over the place, falling in the sink usually. I have a question that I hope someone here can answer. There is always the "classic" daddy long legs (pictured) but also a few of the other sort that rest with closed wings (also pictured) Does anyone know what these other ones are?

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
