  1. @jwl28 as it goes I now run a Klou grab 99% of the time, I find it better, not at everything, but overall a better tool. IMG_1590.MOV
  2. Yawn. Try giving yourself 5 days of not ranting about it, or even a day, see if that helps. Once you break the cycle you may find it easier.
  3. Have a break, you’re a victim as well, you’ve literally gone mental over this thing. Frothing at the mouth morning, noon and night on here. Saying the same old shit all day every day for months.
  4. No idea, I don’t even understand your question.
  5. Capital Asset Value of Amenity Trees according to Google.
  6. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fjC3zQu9ds I’ve been about a bit.
  7. Most anywhere in the UK will test your skills in lowering through telephone lines, over greenhouses and flowerbeds and negotiating dogshit filled gardens, no parking and wanker clients. If you can spend one full year in London, doing all that, then you’re ready for anything.
  8. Depends on what sort of tree surgery you like doing, if you enjoy fiddle farting around on the ends of branches to remove a couple of feet then I’d say major conurbations in the UK should be your destination. If it’s up/down conifers, negative rigging and getting wet then the north west coast of North America is calling.
  9. That was kind of them (UK power network) Ground looks nice and solid, bit of luck in January!
  10. If you take the time and effort to snip off the regrowth individually they can look great.
  11. Why? They look nice summer and winter.
  12. I’ll take your word for it. 👍
  13. I only load articulated loaders but the mantra is load in reverse, always.
  14. Keep getting Milfs who teach teens knocking on my door and ringing up asking for sex. Getting right on my tits if I’m honest.
  15. I read somewhere these images of massive trees being felled/bucked were often just for the pics, as you say, uneconomic to process in reality.
  16. Yep, bit creepy.
  17. You didn’t have your own trim saw? After all those years in the biz.
  18. How was this saw so dangerous that it had to be smashed to pieces to save lives?
  19. Chucking saws out of trees is poor form, shows lack of maturity. Prima Donna stuff.
  20. Talk about selling snow to eskimos.
  21. Their country, their rules.
  22. Can you lower the chipper on that? It looks like the hopper sits very high.
  23. Get a battery Husky (the new 540) and a 550xp. Get rid of the rest of it. My 2c
  24. What do you do? Do you have the money to replace them? Stuff is not get more temperamental, it’s becoming less so. The 020 is over 20 years old, it’s a 35cc engine what more do want from it?
  25. Thought of a better one, Triumvirope. Marlow ropes, you can have that gratis.
