  1. Priorities change, councils have housing targets they have to meet.
  2. Have a look at new, lease hire etc.
  3. To address the last paragraph. Cos thats his job.
  4. It’s a helluva coincidence, that’s all I’m saying.
  5. Ash. How many of these idents lately are ash? I blame the vaccine.
  6. Some American on Instagram the other week did a reverse gob a foot or so above his back cut for the heel of his free hand to push the top over easier, which I thought was a nice little trick. Stupidly simple like all the best ones.
  7. Wordle 1,407 3/6 🟨🟨🟩⬜⬜ 🟩⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  8. I thought she was days from death after a car accident. Then I read she was discharged 8 days later. Strange story. Lots missing.
  9. That’s how I imagined it would work.
  10. Yes 100% lime/linden tree
  11. Get the hash, I miss that, once the crazy strong skunk appeared, I had to stop.

If anyone knows what this thread is about, please enlighten me.
  15. Thanks Les. As it goes, my old iPhone practically needs to be permanently on charge.
  16. Phone is all but dead.
  17. Did a bit of research, and you’re right, they came over to Wexford (under their own steam) in the 1700s. So doesn’t that make them native?
  18. I understand, and it’s not for me. I had a similar conversation with my brother, and as he is more than quite handy, he was undeterred. All hydraulic parts are metric and available off the shelf, the engine is unsophisticated to say the least, but repairable or replaceable. The price is at least a 1/3 or even a 1/4 of the equivalent well known marque. They’re in the showrooms over here. I don’t want one, but if I was starting out, they’d be difficult to resist.
  19. He should have (using motoring parlance) stayed in his lane.
  20. My brother bought one to help his son (my nephew a tree surgeon ) to move wood etc. He fitted a fixed grab to it. It does the job, better than handballing it. Had to replace the tracks very soon after purchase, but otherwise is happy enough.
  21. Light rain all day. Binned off work till tomorrow
  22. They’re BATTERY saws.
  23. I think utility arb might be your foot in the door, it can be a tough job, but it’s time with the saw in your hands, and after a year or so doing that you are much more of an attractive proposition employment wise to firms. Plus financially it’s steady good money. Forget window cleaning, ridiculous from Kram, he gets some really daft notions.
  24. Wordle 1,403 6/6 ⬜🟩⬜🟩⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟩⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟩⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟩🟨 🟨🟩🟨🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  25. It would be an ongoing issue in all scenarios. Would it put me off buying? Possibly. It should certainly be in the conversation when negotiating.
