  1. Chris Mason is a really good journalist/presenter imo.
  2. According to Steve’s metrics I’m at least as smart as a 5 year old, so it’s all good.
  3. Well maybe more than ears. Question: Regarding your assertion that the amount of pages will not affect the price. Surely every page has to be ‘done’ meaning pictures and text pasted or whatever the term is? So a 5 page website will take more work than a 3 page one, so why wouldn’t it be more expensive? I know very little so I’m not arguing just curious how it works.
  4. Well I’m all ears anyway.
  5. The important thing is he gets the boot.
  6. I do, but I can’t get into French politics or football.
  7. Anyone else! Don’t you get it? Fred West for all I care.
  8. Anyone, he’s a lying incompetent clown.
  9. He won a clear majority and had a mandate to do stuff. Turns out everything his enemies (and there were plenty of them) said about him was right. Off you toddle Boris.
  10. It’s the beginning of the end for Boris, even if he survives he’s circling the drain.
  11. I started watching Pacific Rim yesterday afternoon, ended up glued to it. Not usually my sort of thing, silly, childish stuff, but I really enjoyed it. Sort of a Transformers/Starship Troopers/Independence Day mash up.
  12. Nearly forgot, hope the US tonk them and all.
  13. Bollocks to them, hope they lose to Iran. They celebrate when England lose, feelings mutual.
  14. When you’re starting out, or even when you’re established, you get involved in neighbourly disputes from time to time.
  15. There’s more rejoicing in heaven for one sinner who repents..
  16. State of the place, what a shithole!
  17. I can’t see any way they won’t eat the newly hatched cygnets at the very least.
  18. How so? Not looking for an argument, honest. Just curious.
  19. It’s a different world, complex costings, calculations including late payments, fuel, loan payments on machinery. I see people doing these sort of jobs and I feel a twinge of envy. But I don’t have the drive or energy to even think about throwing my hat in the ring. A man’s gotta know his limitations.
  20. 30 degrees, out pricing this afternoon. MacFlurry. Vanilla with raspberry sauce and marshmallow bits.
  21. What did you think of the attachement? Compared to a dedicated grinder?
  22. Did that take long? They seem painfully slow from what I’ve seen.
  23. Young pine marten I happened across walking the dog today. I heard a hissing and snarling about 20 meters off the track at the base of a tree. Two young cubs clumsily made their escape up the tree, this one sort of snookered itself and stopped to watch me from 20 ft up. iPhone shot so poor quality.
